Hello All, Posting tonight from Brugge. I love it. The Nederlands is so fascinating and so very full of history. People here bike in and out of traffic like crazy. Our bus drive Joop says they think they are God. The food has been fabulous, I order pancakes in Amsterdam- they tasted just like the sugar pancakes my mom makes. :) Also we visited the Hague. which is were the Dutch Parliament is located. An interesting fact is that they have no security surrounding their capital like DC does. The weather here is a bit chilly, it is about 12C but it has quite a windchill. I often feel like an ignorant American for not knowing dutch, but I have picked up a few phrases.Thank you = Dank u wel

However, since we are now in Belguim and they speak flemish I am once again at square one. Oh well it creates for an interesting adventure.
